Thanks for checking out my video
workshops. After browsing
through my website you may have
noticed that I'm quite
enthusiastic about sharing my
craft! My enthusiasm
also shines through in my video
workshops.
While you felt along with me you
will learn step-by-step
techniques as I share my
expertise and passion for
sculptural needle felting.
I love teaching needle felting
nearly as much as I love
creating my Felt Alive Dolls!
You are sure to have fun while
learning some really useful
skills and techniques that will
give you all the tools you need
to quickly master this unique
craft.
When I first started needle felting
in 2007, it took me weeks to finish a doll. The end results made me
happy but I knew I would never continue to explore this craft if I
didn't learn how to simplify things. After a unique opportunity to
study with master needle felt artist, Birgitte Krag Hansen, I realized
that I was using the wrong materials, the wrong needles and struggling
because I was making up techniques as I went.
Today it takes only
a couple of days to complete a doll and the results are so fun and
life-like that I'm compelled to share all I have learned with other
people, who just like me, know there has to be an easier way. In
all of my DVD workshops I
share my insight, my pitfalls, my joy and my resources along with very
useful techniques
My teaching career began when I
wrote a tutorial for an online class. Explaining such an unusual
craft with text and pictures was challenging. Showing people how
is a much better way to teach
needle felting. I teach many
LIVE Felt Alive Needle Felting
Workshops and I LOVE showing
others how!
Through my
DVD/Online Needle Felting
Workshops I am able to reach out around the world and show YOU how. You can literally felt along with me
while you create a fun needle
felted project in the comfort of
your home. The pace
is easy to follow and my
instructions are fun and clear.
I'm confident my needle felting workshops
will teach you the skills that
will make you a proficient
needle felt artist.
