Doc Treeboat – a needle felted soft sculpture

Share

This is my latest needle felted soft sculpture. This guy was so fun to create! I used undyed wool batting for his core body parts. The fun adventure for me was blending 4 colors of Norwegian C1 wool batting together to give him this wonderful skin tone.

He is anatomically correct. My niece has two baby brothers and didn’t think a thing about it. She fell in love with him and named him Doc Treeboat. She might be my official character namer.
